Swiss Chicken

Yield: Serves 8
  • 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 cups Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In 9x13" dish layer chicken, then soup, then water; top each chicken with Swiss cheese and breadcrumbs. Cut butter into pads and place over top of casserole. Bake for 45 minutes; let cool a little and serve.
