Raspberry-Cheese Ball

Yield: 3 cups
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. raspberry preserves
  • 1 c. finely chopped pecans
  • crackers, to serve
  1. Beat cream cheese until creamy. Mix with raspberry preserves until well blended, then shape into a ball and roll in chopped pecans.
This makes a light, refreshing appetizer. Use for large crowds.
