Pribyl Pork chops

Yield: Serves 4
  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 c. sliced onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on chops. Brown them in oil in skillet, then remove chops and saute garlic and onion. Add Worcestershire, honey and mustard, stirring to loosen browned bits from pan. Bring to a boil and return chops to pan. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15-20 minutes or until chops are done.
We named this after the friends who gave us the recipe.
