Pizza Casserole

Yield: Feeds 4
  • 2 c. corkscrew pasta
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • chopped onion to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
  • Italian seasoning and pepper to taste
  • sliced pepperoni, to taste
  • 3/4 of 24 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. milk
  • 8 oz. mozzarella, shredded
  1. Cook noodles according to package directions. In large skillet cook beef, onion, bell pepper and garlic. While cooking, sprinkle with Italian seasoning and pepper. Drain grease. Stir in noodles, pepperoni, spaghetti sauce and milk. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with cheese, then bake 5-10 minutes more.
This is a very flexible recipe; you can basically put whatever your favorite pizza toppings are in it.
