Peppermint Popcorn Bark

Yield: 2 bags of popcorn
  • 2 bags microwave popcorn, plain or butter
  • 6 oz. box candy canes, crushed
  • 24 oz. pkg. Almond Bark
  • 1 tsp. peppermint extract, or a few drops of peppermint oil
  1. Microwave popcorn, then remove unpopped kernels. Place popped corn into large bowl and pour crushed candy canes on top. Melt almond bark according to package directions. Stir in peppermint extract and immediately pour over popcorn, stirring to coat. Pour popcorn onto waxed paper and allow to harden. Break popcorn into smaller chunks and return to bowl for storage.
