Overnight Breakfast Casserole

Yield: Serves 5-6 people
  • 6 slices bread
  • 12 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. cooked ham, bacon or sausage
  • 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
  1. Grease a 9x13" pan. Arrange bread slices in it.
  2. In large bowl beat eggs, milk and sour cream. Add salt and meat and mix. Pour over bread and sprinkle with cheese. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
