Overnight Breakfast Casserole
Yield: Serves 5-6 people
- 6 slices bread
- 12 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. cooked ham, bacon or sausage
- 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
- Grease a 9x13" pan. Arrange bread slices in it.
- In large bowl beat eggs, milk and sour cream. Add salt and meat and mix. Pour over bread and sprinkle with cheese. Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
