Mom Koser's Hashbrown Bake for Breakfast
Yield: 1 casserole
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper
- 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
- 1 1/4 c. hash browns
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- parmesan cheese, to sprinkle
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
- In 9x13" pan, layer ingredients in the following order from the bottom up: sausage, hash browns, cheese, egg mixture and parmesan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
