Italian Peas

Yield: Serves 6
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 onion, choppped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 16 oz. frozen peas
  • 1 Tbsp. chicken stock
  • salt and pepper
  • parmesan, to garnish
  1. Heat oil in skillet. Stir in garlic and onion; cook about 5 minutes. Add peas and stir in stock; season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Top with parmesan.
You may wish to add more stock, salt and pepper for a little extra flavor.
