Homemade Chocolate Magic Shell
- 1 1/4 c. semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. coconut oil (measured when solid)
- Place chocolate chips in large glass bowl, with coconut oil on top. Melt in microwave for about 1 minute. Let chocolate sit in hot oil for a few minutes to continue melting, then stir until smooth. Mixture will be very runny. Store in glass jar in fridge. When ready to use, heat in microwave with lid off for about 1 1/2 minutes. Pour desired amount over ice cream, then return to fridge.
