Easy Lasagna

Yield: 4 servings
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 lb. rotini pasta
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 24 oz. pasta sauce
  • 16 oz. ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
  • pepper to taste
  1. Mince garlic and let rest at least 10 minutes. Cook pasta according to package directions and set aside. Cook ground beef; halfway through, add onion and cook. Drain grease and add pasta sauce to beef and onion. In microwaveable bowl heat garlic, ricotta cheese, parmesan and pepper. Top pasta with meat sauce and cheese mixture and serve.
