Yield: 10 cups
- 8 c. (1/2 gallon) milk
- 1 heaping c. semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/4 c. instant coffee granules
- whipped cream, to top
- In crockpot, combine all ingredients except whipped cream; cover and cook on Low 4-5 hours, whisking after 2 hours. Whisk before serving. Top with whipped cream and serve.
