Crockpot Caramel Hot Chocolate

Yield: 6 cups
  • 2 c. semisweet or milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. caramels, unwrapped
  • 1/8-1/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 4 c. milk
  • 2 c. heavy cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  1. Add all ingredients to crockpot. Cover and cook on Low 2 1/2 hours. Whisk to stir in chocolate and caramel. If desired, top with whipped cream and caramel sauce.
I double this recipe when making for a party. Cook time remains the same.
