Corn Pudding

Yield: Serves 4
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can of cream style corn
  • 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat eggs in bowl, then add sugar and flour; mix well. Add remaining ingredients, mix and pour into dish.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes or so until brown.
Growing up, we always had this as part of the main course at Thanksgiving. It is quite sweet, but it adds pleasant variety to the rest of the side dishes.
