Chicken Noodle Soup

Yield: Serves at least 6
  • 12 c. chicken stock
  • 5-6 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • about 6 stalks of celery, chopped
  • chopped carrots to taste
  • 4 cubes chicken bouillon
  • to taste: salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, garlic powder
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 8 oz. cooked noodles
  1. Combine all ingredients except noodles in large pot. Heat to boiling and let cook 15-30 minutes, reducing heat halfway through. Add noodles, remove bay leaf and serve.
If you have any large chicken or turkey bones, throw them in the pot for extra flavor.
