Cheesy Chicken and Rice Bake

Yield: 4-6 servings
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/3 c. water
  • 3/4 c. uncooked long-grain rice
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 bag frozen whole veggies from Sam's
  • 4-6 skin/boneless chicken breasts, thawed
  • fresh ground pepper and shredded cheddar cheese
  1. Stir together first 6 ingredients in 8x12" dish. Top with chicken and sprinkle with fresh ground pepper. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with Cheddar.
Be liberal with pepper and cheese--they contrast nicely and give good pop. This is a good all-in-one meal!
