Cheese Ball

Yield: Enough cheese for 2 packages of crackers
  • 11 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 pkg. lunch meat-style beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced finely
  • 1 Tbsp. Accent
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  1. Finely chop beef in blender, keeping the half package separate from the whole package.
  2. Soften cheese; mix with 1 pkg. beef and other ingredients.
  3. Shape into a ball and roll in remaining beef. Serve with crackers.
This is a good appetizer or snack for large groups.
