Bacon and Egg Casserole
Yield: 8-10 servings
- 8 bacon strips
- 18 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Fry bacon until crisp; drain grease.
- In large bowl, beat eggs; add everything but bacon and stir.
- Pour into greased 9x13" dish. Crumble bacon and sprinkle on top.
- Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
