Bacon and Egg Casserole

Yield: 8-10 servings
  • 8 bacon strips
  • 18 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Fry bacon until crisp; drain grease.
  3. In large bowl, beat eggs; add everything but bacon and stir.
  4. Pour into greased 9x13" dish. Crumble bacon and sprinkle on top.
  5. Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
